THIS CAUSE,~~hgving come on for Pre-Trial Coinference-and
the Plaintiff having moved, ore tenus to amend the Third Amended
Complaint to add the named insurance companies in this action and
the Court being otherwise fully and well advised in .the premises,
it is
ORDERED AND p.DJUDGED that the Plaintiff is. hereby given
leave to amend the Third Amended Complaint to add the necessary
insurance companies as party defendants and the Defendants shall have
ten days from which to file an Answer if they so desire. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that, in the event the Defendants do
not file such Answers to the Fourth Amended Complaint, the last Answer
filed by the Defendants in this cause shall stand as their Answer to
( the Fourth Amended Complaint.
