• ORDER ON MOTIONS
This cause coming on for hearing this 6th day of October,
1980, and the Court having heard argument of counsel, it is:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Motion for Removal of Counsel of Record for Defendant,
CITIZENS FEDERAL, be, and the same is hereby denied.
2. The Motion to Dismiss Third Party Complaint and the Amend-
ment thereto be, and the same is hereby granted, and the Third Party
Plaintiff has 15 days from the date of this order to file an Amended
i Third Party Complaint stating its theories of action in separate counts.
3. The Pre-Trial Conference scheduled for November 24, 1980,
and the Jury Trial scheduled for December 8, 1980, are hereby cancelled
a nd will be reset upon Motion of either party when this cause is at
issue.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers in Fort Pierce, Florida, this
day of October, 1980.
