ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE _
THIS MATTER came before this Court upon the stipulation of all of
the parties to this cause and this Court having reviewed said stipulation
and being otherwise fully advised in the premises does
ORDER AND ADJUDGE as follows:
1. This cause of action is hereby dismissed with prejudice with
each party to bear its own costs and attorneys' fees.
2. The Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida
is hereby ordered and directed to cancel and discharge that certain Claim

~ of Lien in the amount of $49,468.58 recorded on October 22, 1979 in Official
Record Book 318 at Page 2637 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida and is further directed to release that certain Surety Bond in the
amount of $58,472.92 posted by PERINI CORPORATION, as Principal and written
by FIDELITY AtiD DEPOSIT COMPANY OF MARYLAND, as Surety.
DONE AND ORDERED in chambers t Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida the day of ZL ~ 1980.
