has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim atl right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, end doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record..
