THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this 26th day of September . 1980.
by and between MERLE F. DIMBATI~'806 Julie Lane. Lakeland. Florida, hereinafter
referred to as "Seller", and BLAS M . RODRIGUBZ and HII.DA RODAIGUBZ, his wife,
198 North Greenstar Avenue, Pahokee, Florida 33476, hereinafter referred to as
"Purchaser" . their successors or assigns;
WITNBSSBTH
That in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained in this

Agreement and other valuable considerations passing between the parties to-it, the
Seller agrees to sell and the Purchaser agrees to buy the following-described property f
situate , lying and being in St . Lucie County . Florida: i
Condominium Unit 303 of ATLANTIS CONDOMII~TIUM BUILDING "A" ,
- according to the Declaration thereof on file in the office of the Clerk t
of the Circuit Court in Official Records Book 280. pages 90 to 136,
inclusive . Public Records of St . Lucie County . Florida .
TOGETHER with the undivided interest in Common Elements declared
in said Declaration of Condominium to be an appurtenance to the
- above described dwelling unit.
The total purchase price of the property shall be the sum of EIGHTY-TWO
- THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED and No/100 DOLLARS (182.500.00) payable at the times
and in the manner hereinafter provided:
1. EIGHT THOUSAND and No/100 DOLLARS (58.000.00) heretofore paid by
Purchaser to be held in escrow by Promark Realty, Inc. , said sums to be delivered
to Seller upon the recording of this Agreement for Deed in the Public Records of
St . Lucie County , Florida .
2 . TWENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND. TWO HUNDRED SEVENTEEN and no/ 100 DOLLARS ,
(127, 217.00) , said sum being the principal balance, as of the date of this Agreement
for Deed, with credit for the September 22, 1980 payment, of that certain first mortgage
given by Seller to First National Bank.and Trust Company of Stuart. Florida, recorded
in Official Records Book 282, page 2189, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY THREE and 31/100 DOLLARS.

Deed, of that certain second mortgage given by Seller to First National Bank and Trust
Company of Stuart, Florida , recorded in Official Records Book 316 , page 1382 , Public
Records of St . Lucie County , Florida .
