all Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me, do make, publish
and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament in the

FIRST: I direct the payment of all my just debts, t

SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all the rest,
residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, of

Lawrence Township, Mercer County, State of New Jersey, if she
survives me for a period of 3 months after my death, but if she

give, devise and bequeath the rest,' residue and remainder of my

Lawrence Township, New Jersey, ROBERT D. KELLY, Box 27A Craig,
