THIRD: I nominate, constitute and appoint my wife,
DOROTHY W. BROWN, the Executrix under this my Last Will and
Testament. If she should predecease me, I then nominate, con-
stitute and appoint my daughter, BERTA J. MARSH, the Executrix.
FOURTH: I give to my Executrix full power and author-
ity to sell and dispose of any and all. property, real or per-
~ sonal, of which I may die seized or possessed or which may be-
come part of my estate, whether at public or private sale, and
upon such terms and conditions as she shall deem for the best
interests of my estate, and to make good and sufficient con-
veyances in the law therefore; and further I direct that no
' bond shall be required of said Executrix for the administration
ii
of my estate in any jurisdiction.
FIFTH: I authorize and empower my Executrix to

I liquidate, compromise, adjust and settle any and all claims and
II demands,. including taxes, in favor of or against my estate,
f for such sums, upon such terms and in such manner and time as

my Executrix shall deem advisable.

SIXTH: I authorize and empower my Executrix to make
~ division, partition and distribution of my estate in cash or
kind, or partly in each, and for the purpose of making such
~ division, partition and distribution in kind, the assets
~ ~
~ selected by my Executrix shall be valued at their respective j
values on the date or dates of division, partition and distri-

~ bution.
