savings account after payment of all debts. legal fees and ad-
inistrative costs (said balance to be approximately 55,706.21).
4. All parties further agree that the sum of $4,000.00
shall be paid from the estate savings account in the following
anner:
52,000,00 each to Thomas H. Smith and Ronald F. Smith
as these ar.~ounts represent repayment of loan made by said indi-
iduals to the Cstate of Cloward C. Smith, Deceased.
