she undersigned consiating of all the heirs and persons
awing an interest in the estate of lloward C. Smith, Deceased,
ereby agree to distribution of. the assets in the estate as
follows:
1. Thomas ll, Smitli is to receive ri reduction in that

mount of $28,234.00 (said mortgage having been in the original,
rincipal sum of 555,000.00), Additionally, 'Thomas ll. Smith shall
