BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally-
appeared Gary J. Steele, who being first duly sworn, deposes and
says: _
1, That he is Trust Officer of Sun Bank of St. Lucie
County.
2. That Sun Bank of St. Lucie County as Trustee Under
the Will of Esther Hubbard has received written consents from
Virginia Hubbard and the Florida Audubon Society consenting to
the sale of the following-described property to ZIERGA, INC.:
The South 11.75 acres of the North 24.75
acres of fractional Section 7, Township •36
South, Range 41 East, less-the South 300
feet thereof lying-and being in St. Lucie
County, Florida.
3. A true copy of a letter dated August 27, 1980 from
Virginia Hubbard and a true copy of a letter from Peter Mott,
