TRUSTEE'S DEED

THIS INDENTURE, executed the 2nd day of October, 1980, ~
between SUN BANK OF ST, LUCIE COUNTY as Trustee under the Will
of Esther Hubbard, party of the first part, and ZIERGA, INC.,
a New York corporation, party of the second part, whose address
is 330 Genesee Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14204:

WITNESSETH: ~
The party of the first .part, in consideration of the
sum of $10,00 and other good and valuable consideration in hand y
paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, con-
veys and confirms to the party of the second part, the real
property in St, Lucie County, Florida described as:
The South 11.75 acres of the North 24.75 acres
of fractional Section 7, Township 36 South, _
Range 41 East, less the South 300 feet thereof
lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida. i
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, heredita-
ments and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to ~
that real property.
TO HAVE 'AND TO HOLD the same to the party of the second - ?
part, in fee simple forever.
Reference is hereby made to the Order on Petition for
Authorization to Sell Property dated August 2, 1978, entered by ~

the Circuit Court of the State of Florida, in and for the County
of St. Lucie, in the matter of the Trust under the Wfll of Esther
I
Hubbard, No. 70-827-CP. This Deed is given pursuant to said pro-
ceedings and order.
This conveyance is subject to:
1. Restrictions and limitations of record, common to
the neighborhood and anv easements for public utilities.
2. Taxes for the year 1980.
