This note shall be payable in 60 successive equal monthly installments
of principal and interest of $272.61, the first of such installments
befng~due and payable on the 7th day of October, 1980, and a like pay-
ment beingg made on the correspon ing day of the successive 59 months,-
with aballoon payment consistingg of the balance of principal and any
accrued interest due October 7th, 1985. Each installment first shall
be applied in payment of the in
