KNOW ALL MEN RY THESE PRESENTS, that the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, a
municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Florida, does hereby acknowledge
full satisfaction of the amount claimed to be due for constructing those certain
local improvements adjacent to and abutting upon and around the following described
property, and that the said City of Fort Pierce does hereby consent and direct that
the said lien claimed by the City of Fort Pierce be released of record. Said lien
