KNOW ALL MBN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the undersigned, .for and in consideration of the payn?ent
of the sum of One Thousand Five Hundred Eighty One and
17 /100 Dollars 1,581.17 ) paid by the Hawks
Development Corporation receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, hereby releases and quit claims to the said
ziawks Development Corporation
its successors and assigns, and Ralph and Margie Stone
the owner, all liens, lien rights, claims or demands of any kind what-
soever, which the undersigned now has or'might have against the build-
ing on the premises or upon the land legally described as
Lot 15, Block 1656, PORT ST. LUCIE SUBDIVISION SECTION 5,
according to the Plat thereof and filed in Plat Book 12,
at'Page 15, of the Public Records of St.Lucie County, Florida.
j on account of that certain claim of lien filed by the undersigned in
0. R. Book 337 at page 250 of the Public Records of St.

Lucie -County, Florida, for labor performed and/or materials
furnished for the construction of any improvements thereon. -
