SE corner of said Lot 12, thence run NWly along the Sly line of
said Lot 12 to the SW corner thereof, thence run NWly along the
E side of Chipola Road a distance of 30 feet to the POB;
all lying and being in Block 28, of PINEWOOD SUBDIVISION, according to
-the Plat thereof on file in Plat Book 5, page 24, of the public records
