WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and~in consideration of the sum of TEN
DOLLARS (10.00) and other good and valuable considerations to it in hand paid
- by Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained
and sold to said Grantee, its heirs and assigns forever, the following describ-
ed real property, located and situate in the County of St. Lucie, and State of
Florida, to wit:
Condominium Parcel No. 4183, of SEASCAPE I, a Condominium, according to the
` Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 338,
at Page 1033, and any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
This conveyance is sub3ect to and by accepting this Deed, Grantee hereby agrees
to assume the following:
' 1. Taxes for the current and subsequent years.
i 2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations, reservations, easements, and other
- matters of record; however, this reference shall not operate to reimpose any of
z.he same. - ~
- 3. The Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. ~
4. The Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, and Declaration of Covenants and ~
i Restrictions of Ocean Village Property Owner's Association, Inc., a Florida
non-profit corporation, the provisions of which documents run with the land.
The Grantee hereby assumes the obligations of a member of said Property Owner's

parties hereto. Grantor does hereby fully warrant title to all the premises ~~Z~
