Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknowledges that this
purchase of a condominium unit at OCI'.AN VILLAGIi 01~ IltfIt7IIIaSON ISLAM? is subject in every
respect to the Ieclaration of Condominium :rs to the condominiian in which his lDlit is i
located and E.hibits attached thereto, including but not limited to (whether. the same are s
attached to die Declaration or referred tc~ tJierein), the By-[~nvs of the ASSOClatlOn,
Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and Regulations, copy of projected operating budget,
copy of sales brochure and floor plan of .,partment purchased by purchaser, and all Amend-
ments to the aforesaid Declaration and Fad~ihits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws
and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property 0?vners' Association; and
Purchaser further acknowledges receipt of and readint; and ex~miinatiori of said Declaration,
its E.~chibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, anti acknowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the s~rccessful ol~er•ation and management
of the Condominium property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the
owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium '
covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration of Condominium '
and F.x)ribits attached thereto. I'~rrchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all
of tl~e terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condominium anct Exhibits attached
thereto, and agrees that the assessment wider the Property Qvrrers' Association documents
referred to above and the provisions thereof arc reasonable, fair and equitable, and
said Purchaser ac>,-nowledges and confirms that. the l~claration of Covenants and Restrictions
of the Property Aaners' Association has encwr~~ered and irtq~ressed a lien upon the Condo-
minium parcel being conveyed to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the
said Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Uvners' Association and
said Purchaser assumes tl~e obligations as to the Property O~vner-s' Association as to his
condominium parcel. Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and induce-
ments, if any, are as contained in tine aforesaid Ibclaration of Condominium and Exhibits
• attached thereto, and fire common expenses and the sums due under the Property OwnersF
f~sociation and other charges arc estimated only. IVo warranty or guaranty is made or -
intended nor may one. be relied upon except 'where the same is specifically warranted or
guaranteed in said Declaration of Condominium and tiro lixliibits attached thereto.
