HomeMy WebLinkAbout0980 1 / / /1 1 1~ ~ RECBIPT, ACKNOWLEDGMENT, ASSUMPTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF PURCHASER ~ Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknowledges that this ~ ~ purchase of a condominium unit at OCEAN VILLAGE OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND is sub3ect i in every respect to the Declaration of Condominium as to the condominium in l , ~ Which his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not lim- ited to (Whether the same are attached to the Declaration of Condominiun or re- ( ferred to therein), the By-Laws of the Association, Articles of Incorporation, • the Rules and Regulations, copy of pro3ected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by purehaser,.and all Amendments - to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and Restriotions of the Property Owners Association; and Purchaser further ackrnowledges receipt of and reading and ` examination of said Declaration, its Bxhibits, budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and acknowledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is essen- ~ tial, to the successful operation and management of the Condominium property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the owners therein. t Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium coven- ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and • Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration~of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Owner's Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason- ! able, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association ~ t has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed ~ ~ to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under said Declaration of Coven- ~ .3 ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assumes the obligations as to the Property Owner's Association as to his condominium parcel.
