WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this 21st day of July, 1980, between
AQUA RABELLA ASSOCIATES, a Florida general partnership consist-
- ing of the following general partners, to-wit: ROBERT C. COPES,
KENNETH H. DURNBAUGH, RICHARD H. TERWILLIGER, RICHARD E. BREADEN,
and PHILIP J. TIBBETTS, SR., grantors, and SOTOLONGO DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, whose post office address is
Suite 203, Bessemer Building, Sewall's Point, Jensen Beach,
Florida 33457, of the County of Martin, State of Florida, grantee,
WITNESSETH, that said grantors, for and in consideration
of the-sum of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS, and other good and valuable
considerations to said grantors in hand paid by said grantee, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained
and sold to the said grantee, and grantee's heirs and assigns
forever, the following described land, situate, lying and being
in St. Lucie County,Florida, to-wit:
A designated area in St. Lucie County, Florida,
as shown on map of survey prepared by Creech b
Associates Land Surveyors, Stuart, Florida, dated .
May 29, 1980 and certified to AQUA RABELLA as to
description and area. Subject parcel may contain
within described area submerged lands. All Bearings
sited herein are relative to The Plat of Windmill
Village Unit Two. -
For a Point of Beginning commence at the Southeast
corner of Windmill Village Unit Two as Recorded in
Plat Book 16, Page 31, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida; Thence run. N-89°-56'-22"-E a dis-
'i tance of 28.47 feet; Thence run S-23o-49'-31"-E a
distance of 163.17 feet; Thence run N-89o-56'-22"-E
a distance of 54.63 feet; Thence run S-23o-49'-31"-E
a distance of 349.88 feet; Thence run N-87o-57'-27"-W
a distance of 392.00 feet to a point on the East line
of Section 12; Thence run N-86o-11'-31"-W a distance
of 688.54 feet; Thence run N-Oo-13'-10"-W a distance
of 408.73 feet to a paint on the South line of said
Windmill Pillage Unit Two; Thence run N-89o-56'-22"-E
along said South line a distance of 790.00 feet to
the Point of Beginning.
Containing 9.67 acres more or less, said parcel may
contain submerged lands and is subject to all Ease-
ments, Restrictions, and Right of Ways of Record if
any.
J and said grantors do hereby fully warrant the title to said
land, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of
all persons whomsoever. ~
RESERVING, HOWEVER, TO THE G~tANTOR, an easement for ingress, egress, and
underground utilities over, across and upon the easterly ten (10) feet of
the southerly one hundred (100) feet of the above-described real property
