ASSOCIATES in fawr of WINDMl'I,L VIIS.AIC~S OF AN~RICA, INC. recorded in Official Records Book 204, at Page 116, and a certain Nbrtgage from AQUA RA, INC. aryl AQgA RABF.'[.I~ ASSOCIATES, recorded in Official Records Book 204, at Page 101, both of which Mortgages were consolidated by Modification and Consolidation Agreenent recorded at Official Records Book 238, at Page 1953 all of the Public Records of St. Lucie Oounty, Florida, encu~ering the property described at F~Zibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, said i I! ownership being evidenced by certain AssigrmPnts of Nbrtgage from WIl~INQLL I VII~AGES OF AN~RICA, INC. to RYDER REALTY, INC. recorded in Official Records Book 329, at Page 1069 and Official Records Book 329, at Page 1067 f of the Public R~eoords of St. Lucie County, Florida; and ya-~t~s, ~RF~JA~ Ij~. and AQUA RABEI.iA AS.90CIATFS have , requested that part of the foregoing property described at Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof, be released and have furthex requested an extension and mxiification of the obligations secured by said Nbrtgages; NDW, ~iORE, in consideration of the premises arxi the - exchange of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable wnsiderations amo the 'es the ies hereto a ee as follows: n9 Pal Pmt 9r ~ 1.
