E A S E M E N T
KNOW ALL NF.N BY THESE PRESENTS, That the undersigned for and in consideration
of the sum of One Dollar, to them in hand paid by the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY of
THE CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation under the laws of the State
of Florida, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby convey and grant to the
CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA for the use and benefit of the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY
the privilege and easement to place dorm guy wires, used in the construction of alectsical
transmission line in and upon the following described property, to-wit:
A 12 foot wide utility easement lying within the W~ of Lot 28, in Section 29,
Township 35 South, Range 39 East, according to a plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 3, Page 23, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. The center
line of said 12 foot wide easement is as follows:
Commencing at the NE corner of the W~ of Lot 28, run thence west,
along the north line of Lot 28, 215 feet to the Point of Beginning;
thence South 20 degrees East-for a distance of 660 feet more or less
to a point on the East line of the W~ of Lot 28, .said point being
the end of said easement. .
and to place such down guy wires within said easement as may ae necessary in the construction
of said electrical transmission line including the right to trim, cut and keep clear of
said line all trees and limbs which may endanger the same, with the right to go upon said
land from time to time as may be necessary to construct, maintain and repair said down guy
wires. _No permanent structures shall be placed or installed on said easement.
The undersigned hereby covenant and warrant that they own the said land and Have
