KNOW ALL ?ff..N BY THESE PRESENTS, That the undersigned for and in consideration
of the sum of One Dollar, to them in hand paid by.the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY of_
THE CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation under the laws of the State
of Florida, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby convey and grant to the
CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA for the use and benefit of the FORT. PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY
the privilege and easement to place down guy wires, used in the construction of electrical
transmission line in and upon the following described property, to-wit:
A 12 foot wide utility easement lying in part of Lots 29 and 30, in Section
24, Township 35 South, Range 39 East, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point at North R/W line of Okeechobee Road and West R/W line
of Canal X53, thence run southerly along line of North R/W of Okeechobee Road
56 feet to Point of Beginning.
From Point of Beginning, run along the center line of a 12 foot utility ease-
ment with 6 feet lying on either side of center line and said center line
being more particularly described as follows: From P.O.B. run North 48 degrees
West 30 feet to a point, thence run west and parallel to North Line of Lot 30,
said line being 6 feet South of North line of Lot 30, 1710 feet more or less
to a point on the North side of Canal X58 in Lot 29, this point being termi-
nation of described easement.

and to place such down guy wires within said easement as may ae necessary in the construction
of said electrical transmission line including the right to trim, cut and keep clear of
said line all trees and limbs which may endanger the same, with the right to go upon said
land from time to time as may be necessary to construct, maintain and repair said down guy
wires. No permanent structures shall be placed or installed on said easement.
The undersigned hereby covenant and warrant that they own the said land and have
the right to grant this easement.
