RE: Lot 14, Block A, of FILLER'S PLAT of the East
1/2 of the West 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4
of Section 9, Township 35 South, Range 40 East,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 4, page
40, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared VIVIAN DEL MONTIER who upon first being duly sworn did
depose and say:
1. That she is the unremarried surviving spouse of PERRIE
DEL MONTIER who departed this life on September 5, 1980.
2. That VIVIAN DEL MONTIER-and the said PERRIE DEL MONTIER
were the grandees in that certain warranty deed of conveyance
executed by wherein the above described real property was conveyed.
3. That on the date of the aforementioned conveyance, VIVIAN
DEL MONTIER was married to the said PERRIE DEL MONTIER and that
said marital relationship continued without interruption until the
death of the said PERRIE DEL MONTIER.
FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NOT.
