hereinafter caged the Grantor ,which term shall include when used herein, wherever the
context so requires or admits, its successors and assigns,
and GARDEN STATE BUILDINGS, LTD., a New Jersey Limited Partnership,
hereinafter called the Grantee ,which term shall include when used herein, wherever the
context so requires or admits, its successors and assigns,
WI1'NESSE'TH: That for the sum of Ten Dollars 0$10.00) and other good and
valuable considerations, said Grantor do es hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the said Grantee all that certain piece of property and
tract of land situate in the County of St . Lucie and State of Florida,
described as.foQows: a 50$ interest in the following lots:
Lots 19 and 20, Block 295, and Lots 22 and 23, Block 305,
PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION TWO, according to the plat thereof,
as recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 12A through 12D, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Lots 10 and 11, Block 185, and Lbts 33 and 34, Block 192,
PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION FOUR, according to the plat thereof,
as recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 14A'through 14G, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Subject to restrictions, reservations, limitations and
easements of record, if any; this reference to said restric-
tions shall not operate to reimpose same. Subject also to
zoning ordinances affecting said property.
