hereinafter called the Grantor ,which term shall include when used herein, wherever the
context so requires or admits, its successors and assigns,
and FRANK CIOPPETTINI, JR., NICHOLAS P. CIOPPETTINI,
THOMAS E. CIOPPETTINI, LISA J. CIOPPETTINI,
RITA M. CIOPPETTINI",, and SANDRA M. HUGHES,
hereinafter called the Grantee s~.,which term shall include when used herein, wherever the
context so requires or admits, their heirs and assigns,
WITNESSETH: That for the sum of Ten Dollars 0$10.00) and other good and ~
valuable considerations, said Grantor do e s hereby grant, bargain, seU, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the said Grantee s all that certain piece of property and
tract of land situate in the County of St . Lucie and State of Florida,
described as follows: a 50$ interest in the following lots (such interest
being broken down as follows: 35$ to Frank

Subject to restrictions, reservations, limitations and
easements of record, if any; this reference to_said restric-
tions shall not operate to reimpose same. Subject also to
zoning ordinances affecting said property. ,
