COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA
Now comes MARY T. WEBER, and being first duly sworn, deposes
and says that she married CARL J. WEBER on JULY 21, 1951 , and
that she remained married to CARL J. WEBER until his death, which
occurred on MARCH 10, 1980.
AFFIANT further states that she and her late husband, CARL J.
WEBER, were the owners of the following described real estate:
LYING and being in City of Port St. Lucie, County
of St. Lucie and State of Florida, to wit: Lots
6 and 7, Block 466 of Port St. Lucie Section 26, a
Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 14, Page 4 of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
- THAT she and her late husband took title to the aforedescribed
real estate by Deed dated September 24, 1969, which was recorded on
December 12, 1969, in Official Records Book 181, Page 1852 of the -
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
AFFIANT further states that she and her late husband, CARL J.
WEBER, were husband and wife, and that they were continuously married
from the date they acquired title to the aforedescribed real estate
until the death of said CARL J. WEBER, which occurred on MARCH 10,
1980.
FURTHER AFFIANT sayeth not.
