WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum oP TEN

by Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained

The Grantee hereby assumes the obligations of a member of said Property Owner's

The benefits and obligations rereunder shall inure to and be binding upon the

parties hereto. Grantor does hereby fully warrant title to all the premises _
- hereby conveyed against all and every person whomsoever, lawfully claiming by, ~
through or under Grantor; and will defend same against the lawful claims of ~
- such persons claiming by, through, or under said Grantor. ~
