This cause came on for trial the 6th day of October 19 80.
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and deter-
mines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit;
that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that tha
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the above named persons
be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby for-
ever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrottn.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of KENNETH LEE JAY JR., age 17, born March 13,
1963, and CHRISTOPHER THOMAS JAY, age 6, born June 28, 1974,

~ minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Petitioner, WANDA JEAN JAY,
and Respondent, KENNETH LEE JAY, SR., jointly.
3. SUPPORT: Commencing the 10th day of October 1980 ,the Respondent,
KENNETH LEE JAY, SR., Shall pay to Petitioner, WANDA JEAN JAY,
the sum of Z 25.00 ~ per week for the support of the child(ren) named above
while in the physical custody of the Petitioner. ~

4. PROPERTY: The Property Settlement Agreement admitted into evidence is
hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with
the provisions thereof.
S. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto is re-

f tained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
f 6. The above named parties both agree that there is no personal or real ~
~ property to be divided except as pr ided in the Property Settlement Agreement.
