This cause came on for trial the 6th day of October 19 80,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and deter-
mines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit;
that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the above named persons t
be and the same is .hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby for-

ever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and froze the E
obligations arising therefrom. -
2. CUSTODY: Custody of Ably AS'flgY, age 4, born February 8, 1976 and t
j 13~tIAN ASI~Y, age 1 year, born August 19, 1979,
~ minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Petitioner, SHAROI~i P. AS~18Y,
with reasonable rights of visitation reserved to Respondent.
3. SUPPORT: Commencing the 10th day of October, 19 80 , the
Respondent, ROBE~f ASf~Y, shall pay to the Petitioner, SIIABON P. ASHBY,

c~ the sum of s 50.00 per week for the support of the child(ren) named above.

4. PROPERTY: The Property Settlement Agreement admitted into evidence is
hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with
the provisions thereof.
~ S. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto is re- t
tained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.

6. The above named parties both agree that there is no personal or real
