Permanent-and primary custody of the minor child of the parties
together with child support in the amount set forth hereinbelow, be,
and is hereby ordered awarded to the Wife , JOYCE L. REESE
The name of said minor child being as follows:
MICHAEL A. REESE
Upon testimony by the Wife that the Husband makes
per week , ANDREW P RE SE , be,.and is
hereby ordered awarded reasonab v' station rights with said child

and is further ordered to pay child support in the amount of $35.00

per child weekly beginning on October 10, 1980 and on the same day
of each respect-ive subsequent time period thereafter- and is further
-ordered as additional child support to assist the parent having custody f
in the payment of all reasonable educational, medical, dental, hospital
and orthodontical expenses. Each child support payment shall be made
by cashier's check, cash or money order, to the Clerk of this Court
and-shall-be promptly remitted. In addition there is hereby assessed

the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made

to the Clerk. Both the Husband and the Wife are ordered to keep the
Clerk informed of their current mailing addresses.
Jurisdiction of this cause and of the parties hereto is re-
i ~tained for the purpose of entering such Orders, Judgments and Process

! as this Court deems proper.
