FINAL JUDGMENT OF
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE coming on for Final Hearing and the Court having given
fsll consideration to the pleadings and to the evidence and testimony and
the written Agreement executed by and between the parties hereto, said
Agreement having been introduced into evidence, and the Court finding that
it has jurisdiction of the subject matter and of the parties and that the
marriage between the parties hereto is irretrievably broken and that a
reconciliation cannot be made between the parties, and the Court being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is, thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: That the marriage between
STEPHEN M. TRAVIS and MARSHA C. TRAVIS
be, and the same is hereby ordered dissolved, a vinculo, and the parties,
and each of them, are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising there-
from.

2. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and re-
strained from interfering-~-i..t~ harrass~ r annoying the other, and the
several Sheriffs of the St of Florida and their authorized deputies are
ordered to enforce is Restraining Order without further~oraer of this Court.
3. CHILDREN AND PROPERTY: That there are minor children of this
marriage and the parties do not own real property jointly and do not own
personal property jointly.
9. CHILD CUSTODY AND SUPPORT AND RETENTION OF JURISDICTION: Perma-
nent and primary custody of the minor child ren of the parties together
with child support in the amount set forth hereinbelow, be, and is hereby
to the Wife MARSHA C. TRAVIS The
