Permanent and primary custody of the minor child ren of the parties
together with child support in the amount set forth hereinbelow, be,
and is hereby ordered awarded to the Wife . CLARISSA PETTIGREW~
The names of said minor child ren being as follows:
ORVILLE PETTIGREW, JUNIOR PETTIGREW and MICHELE PETTIGREW
Upon testimony by the Husband that the Husband makes sufficient
income per week HEADLEY PETTIGREW be, and is
hereby ordered awarded reasonable visitation rights with said child ren
and is further ordered to pay child support in the amount of $15.00

ordered as additional child support to assist the parent having custody
in the payment of all reasonable educational, medical, dental, hospital
and orthodontical expenses. Each child support payment shall be made
by cashier's check, cash or money order, to the Clerk of this Court
and shall be promptly remitted. In addition there is hereby assessed
the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made
to the Clerk. Both the Husband and the Wife are ordered to keep the
Clerk informed of their current mailing addresses.
Jurisdiction of this cause and of the parties hereto is re-
tained for the purpose of entering such Orders, Judgments and Process
as this Court deems proper.
The Husband's duty to begin making child support payments
and the duty to assist in payment of reasonalbe medical, dental,
orthodontical, hospitalization and deucation expenses shall begin
accruing and shall commence on the date that this Court, after notice
to the Husband, shall enter a subsequent order ordering the Husband to
so begin making such payments.
DONE AND ORDERED this 6th day of October, 1980, at Fort Pierce,
Saint Lucie County,-Florida.
