FINAL JUDGMENT OF
DISSOL TI N OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE coming on for Final Hearing, and the Court having given
full consideration to the pleadings and to all the evidence, finds and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists be-
tween the parties; that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon
ORDERED ANO ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: the marriage between
ALBERT N. HALLONQUIST and SHEILA C. HALLONQUIST
be, and the same is hereby ordered dissolved, a vinculo, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties, be, and are hereby enjoined
and restrained from interfering with, abusing, assaulting, harrassing,
threatening or otherwise bothering one another, and the several Sheriffs of .
the State of Florida and their authorized deputies, be, and are hereby
ordered to enforce this Restraining Order without further Order of this Court.
I 3. CHILDREN AND PROPERTY: That there are no minor children of this
marriage, and the parties do not own real property or personal property in
joint ownership.
4. NAME RESTORATION: That it, be, and is hereby further ordered that the
Respondent's former name of SHEILA COSTZGAN is restored_to her and she shall r

henceforth be known as such.
