4. CHILD CUSTODY AND SUPPORT: Permanent and primary
custody of the minor child of the parties is awarded to the ~
-Husband ? ADOLPHUS J. CHANCEY • with reasonable right
of visitation reserved to the noncustodial parent. The name of
said minor child being as follows:
PAMELA T . CHANCEY
5. RETENTION OF JURISDICTION: This Court expressly re-
tains jurisdiction of this .cause and of the parties to determine
and award child support and to .enter such orders, judgments and
process as this Court deems proper.
6. AGREEMENT: That the written Agreement heretofore entered
into and executed by the parties and introduced into evidence, be,
and it is hereby ordered approved, confirmed and ratified and it is
incorporated into and made a part of this Final Judgment and each
of the parties is ordered to fully comply with each and every term,
provision and condition thereof.
' DONE AND ORDERED this 6th day of October, 1980, at Fort
Pierce, Saint Lucie County, Florida.
