THIS CAUSE coming on for Final Hearing and the Court having
considered the pleadings, testimony and evidence, and finding that it ;
has jurisdiction of the subject matter and of the parties and finding
that the marriage between the parties hereto is irretrievably broken
and that a reconciliation cannot be made between the parties, and the

~ Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is, thereupon

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows: a

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: That the marriage between
ALTON L. GILBERT and GLADYS R. GILBERT
~ be, and the same is hereby ordered dissolved, a vinculo, and the
r ies and each of them are hereb forever freed from the bonds of

matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations '
arising therefrom.
2. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties is hereby en-
joined and restrained from interfering with, harrassing or annoying
the other, and the Sheriffs of the State of Florida and their author-

ized deputies are ordered to enforce this Restraining Order without

further order of this Court.
3. CHILDREP~ AND PROPERTY: That there are minor children
of this marriage and the .parties do own real property jointly and
do own personal property jointly.
