custody of the minor children of the parties is awarded to the
Husband ~ ALTON L. GILBERT , with reasonable right- '
of visitation reserved tv the noncustodial parent. The names of
said minor children being as follows:
NELSON M. GILBERT, SCOTT L. GILBERT and BRENT J. GILBERT.

5. RETENTION OF JURISDICTION: This Court expressly re-
tains jurisdiction of this cause and of-the parties to determine
and award child support and to enter such orders, judgments and
process as this Court deems proper.
6. AGREEMENT: That the written Agreement heretofore entered
into and executed by the parties and introduced into evidence, be, and
it is hereby ordered approved, confirmed and ratified and it is incorporated
into and made a part of this Final Judgment and each of the parties
is ordered to fully comply with each and every term, provision and

condition thereof. '
