OTTESEN are dissoly ~ ed because the marriage is irretrievably broken. 3. That the Property Settlement Agreement between the parties, introduced into evidence and marked as Petitioner's Exhibit ~1, was executed voluntarily after full disclosure and is for the best interest of the parties and is hereby approved and incorporated by reference into this Final Judgment and the parties .are hereby ordered to comply with same. - 4.
