THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before the Court and
the Court having heard the evidence, and finding that it has
jurisdiction of the subject matter, it is: .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. That the Court has jurisdiction of the parties.
2. That the bonds of marriage between Petitioner,
BETH ALLEN P. OTTESEN and Respondent, JAMES R. OTTESEN are dissoly ~
ed because the marriage is irretrievably broken.
3. That the Property Settlement Agreement between the
parties, introduced into evidence and marked as Petitioner's
Exhibit ~1, was executed voluntarily after full disclosure and is
for the best interest of the parties and is hereby approved and
incorporated by reference into this Final Judgment and the parties
.are hereby ordered to comply with same. -
4. There is no personal property t??o be yd}1ivided between
