FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE, ha ing come on for trial on the day of
1980, and the Court having given full consid-
eration to all the evidence, finds and determines: That. this Court has
jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the
relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is, thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION: The marriage between JEPHTHAH K. DAVIS, Husband,-
, and ANNIE J. DAVIS, Wife, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
I' parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
f matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
~ arising therefrom.
2. PERSONAL PROPERTY: That there is no property, real or personal,
owned jointly by the parties hereto.
3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto
is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
