FINAL JUDGMEN?
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 6th day of October, 1980
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties
r
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
t
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Default heretofore entered by the Clerk of this
Court against DONALD E. SMITH be and the same is hereby approved,
ratified and confirmed.
2. The marriage between DONALD E. SMITH and DEBBIE SMITH
be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of
them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
t
existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
3. Custody of KIMBERLY DAWN SMITH, minor child of the
parties, is hereby awarded to DEBBIE SMITH with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to DONALD E. SMITH.
4. Commencing Friday, .October 10, 1980 DONALD E. SMITH
shall pay to DEBBIE SMITH the sum o.` $25 each and every week for the
support of the minor child named above.
