HomeMy WebLinkAbout1339 Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court
and by him remitted promptly to DEBBIE SMITH. In addition there is
hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to
each payment made to the clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to
keep the Clerk of this Gourt advised of their mailing and residence
addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
5. The Husband, DONALD E. SMITH, shall pay to Errol S.
Willer, Esquire the sum of $275.00 to apply on the fee for his
services in behalf of the Wife and costs incurred herein.
6. The Separation, and Property Settlement Agreement admitted
into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the

parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.

7. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto is
retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
