CASE NO. 80-485 FR IN RE: THE MARRIAGE OF EDWARD MARTIN SCHNEIDER, JR., Husband, and LISA JENKINS SCHNEIDER, Wife. FINAL JUDGMENT THIS CAUSE having come on for trial on the 6th. day of October, 1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all i the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon i ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: i t ~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between EDWARD MARTIN SCHNEIDER, JR., Husband, and LISA JENKINS SCHNEIDER, Wife, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CHANGE OF NAME. The Wife is hereby restored to her name prior to the marriage to the Husband, to-wit: LISA JENKINS. 3. AGREEMENT. The Separation Agreement executed by the { parties and admitted into evidence was freely entered into by the ~ parties after full disclosure and is for the best interests of the .parties and their children. The Agreement is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the . provisions thereof. i , t ~ 4. CUSTODY AND VISITATION.
