in the Separation Agreement reserved to the Husband.
5. CHILD SUPPORT. Commencing the ~ day of October,
1980, the Husband shall pay to the Wife as care and support of the
minor child above-named the sum of Forty Dollars ($40.00) per week.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him
remitted promptly to LISA JENKINS, the Wife, at Route 4, Box 582,
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450. In addition, there is hereby assessed
the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made
to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order,
cashier's check or other certified funds. Both of the parties are
ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing
and residential address at all times while this Court Order is in
effect.
• 6. REMOVAL OF CHILDREN. Neither party shall remove,
initiate, aid or encourage the removal of the minor children, or
any of them, beyond the boundaries of the State of Florida without
first obtaining the written permission of the other party or the
Court.
7. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper. ~ _
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
on this day of October, 1980.
