FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE

THIS CAUSE came on for trial this ~ day of October, A.D.,
1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the
relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; ~
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably i

broken and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: >
{
1. That the marriage between FRANKLIN PAULEY and
BETTY JOANN PAULEY, be and the same is hereby dissolved and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the

obligations arising therefrom.
2. Primary custody of FRANKLIN D. PP.ULEY, JR. and
CHARLES RAY PAULEY, the two oldest minor children of the parties,
is hereby awarded to FRANKLIN PAULEY, with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to BETTY JOANN PAULEY. Primary custody of ~ ~
•KAREN PAULEY and JASON PAULEY, the two youngest minor children
of the parties, is hereby awarded to BETTY JOANN PAULEY, with
reasonable visitation rights reserved to FRANKLIN PAULEY.
3. The Separation and Property Settlement Agreement ~j{

and introduced into evidence marked Exhibit "A", was freely
