FINAL JUDGMENT •OF
DISSOLUTUION OF MA IAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial on the 6th day of October,
1980, on the Husband's Counter-Petition and the Wife's Petition,
and the Court having heard testimony of witnesses, and counsel
for both parties being present, and the Court having given full
consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This
Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this
suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between
I'~ the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretriev-
ably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
I ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
-1. DISSOLUTION: The marriage between WILLIAM A. McKENDRICK
and RHONDA S. McKENDRICK, be and the same, is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each~of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them. and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY AND CHILD SUPPORT: Custody of the minor children
of the parties, to-wit: Leila Marie McKendrick, Michael Andrew
McKendrick and Shawn Alexander McKendrick, is hereby awarded to the
Wife, REONDA S. McKENDRICK, subject to reasonable rights of
visitation reserved to the Husband, WILLIAM A. McKENDRICK. Other ~

terms of child support and custody are set forth in the Property

Settlement Agreement filed in this cause. Child support payments
- shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted
