CASE NO. 80-1062 FR IN RE: The Marriage of JACK ALEXANDER CRUMBO, Husband and LINDA S. CRUMBO, Wife, FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE came on for trial the day of , 1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of~this.suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JACK ALEXANDER CRUMBO_and LINDA S. CRUMBO, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and .the parties and each of them are hereby forever I~ freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them ~ and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. PROPERTY. There are no real property rights to be adjudicated by the Court. 3. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained from intefering with, harassing or annoying, the other. 4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further order as may be proper.
