FINAL JUDGEMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE

This cause came on for trial the day of , 1980, and the
Court having given full consideration of the evidence, finds and determines: This
Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the
relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is there- -
upon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between SANDRA D. WASHINGTON,
Wife and JESSE WASHINGTON, Husband, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the .obligations arising therefrom.
j 2. CUSTODY. Custody of CNARNETTA WASHINGTON, ESTES WASHINGTON, and
DORIS WASHINGTON, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to SANDRA D.
WASHINGTON, Wife, with reasonable visitation rights res•~rved to JESSE WASHINGTON,
Husband.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the :'!J day of C_s~*~ , 1980, the
sum of `r ~ ~ shall be payed to SANDRA D. WASHINGTON, Wife, by JESSE WASHINGTON,
.Husband, for the support of the minor children named above.
Each vayment shall be made each and every week and shall be made to the
Clerk of this court and by him promptly remitted to SAhuliA D. WASHINGTON, Wife. In
addition .there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added

to each ayment made to the Clerk. All paymants shall be ma::e in cash, money order f
or cashi--r's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this ~o~:rt
~ advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all tim°s while this Order is
in effect.
4. JOINT DEBTS. It is hereby ordered. that JESSE WASHINGTON, :iusban~:,
shall pay the sum- of $175.00 to J. Byrons and to hold SANDRA D. WASHIyG'!'Gta, Wife
harmless on said debt.
