FINAL JUDGMENT

This cause came on for trial the day of October, 1980,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The Marriage between WILLIAM E.

BALDWIN, SR. and CHERYL P. BALDWIN be and the same is hereby dissolved,
i
f and_the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
~k arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Permanent custody of WILLIAM EDWARD BALDWIN, JR.
and JOSEPH LEE BALDWIN, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded

to CHERYL P. BALDWIN with reasonable visitation rights reserved to WILLIAM.

BALDWIN as support f6r the minor children, support as set out in the

Separation and Property Settlement Agreement of the parties dated
September 30, 1980,-which said agreement is incorporated herein by
reference and made a part hereof in the same manner as though set out
~ word for word in this Judc~nent and the monies provided therein, shall

be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to
CHERYL P. BALDWIN. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of ;2.00
