BALDWIN, SR., Husband, and CHERYL P. BALDWIN, Wife. FINAL JUDGMENT DISSbZUT F M RIAGE This cause came on for trial the day of October, 1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The Marriage between WILLIAM E. j BALDWIN, SR. and CHERYL P. BALDWIN be and the same is hereby dissolved, i f and_the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations ~k arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY: Permanent custody of WILLIAM EDWARD BALDWIN, JR. and JOSEPH LEE BALDWIN, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded i i to CHERYL P. BALDWIN with reasonable visitation rights reserved to WILLIAM. E. BALDWIN, SR. ER L P . 3. S~P~ T: WILLyjAM E. BALDWIN, SR. shall pay to CN Y BALDWIN as support f6r the minor children, support as set out in the i Separation and Property Settlement Agreement of the parties dated September 30, 1980,-which said agreement is incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof in the same manner as though set out ~ word for word in this Judc~nent and the monies provided therein, shall s be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to CHERYL P.
