FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAtiSE having come on for trial on-the 6th day of_
October, 1980, and the Court having given full consideration
to all evidence, finds. and determines: This Court has iuris-
diction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that
the relation of husband and wife now exists between the
parties; that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved; and that there are no property
rights at issue between the parties.
It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. '!'he marriage between RApRgP,A
i KAYE REED and JOHtl KEITH REED be and the same is hereb~~
~I dissolved and the parties and each of them are hereby Freed
from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY AND SUPPORT OF CHILD. Pursuant to the terms
of a written Stipulation between the parties admitted into
evidence and which is hereby incorporated herein by reference,
custody of the minor child of the parties , AI.ICIA '~.ARIR
REED, shall be with the Wife, subject to the Husband having
reasonable rights of visitation to and with said child,
and the Husband shall pay to the Wife as support for the minor
the sum of $200.00 on the 15th day of each month until
the child reaches the age of 18, subject to yearly adjustment
as set forth in said Stipulation and the Husband shall also
s keep in force and effect major medical insurance for the
child and shall make the child the beneficiary under his
existing $10,000.00, Metropolitan Whole Life Insurance polio

which he shall also keep in force and effect.
