FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for hearing this date and the Court having
given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of
this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between
the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ROBERT D.
FAULKIvER and DONNA L. FAULKNER be and the same is hereby dissolved and
the parties and each of them are forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. PROPERTY. The Separation and Property Settlement Agreement
admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and
the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
3. NAME CHANGE. The wife is hereby restored to the name of
DONNA L. KEMLAGE. `
4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
necessary and proper.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, this
day of October A.D., 1980.
