WHEREAS, the parties hereto are husband and-wife, having been r"

married on November 18, 1978, in Cincinnati, Ohio, and
WHEREAS, in consequence of unhappy differences, the parties have
separated and are now living apart from one another and have agreed
since their separation to live separate and apart during the remainder
of their natural lives, and
WHEREAS, there have been no minor children born as issue of this
marriage.
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the parties hereto to make a complete
and final settlement of all property and property rights now held by
the parties hereto, and all property and property rights which may -
hereafter be acquired by either of them, and

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises, agreements
f and covenants hereinafter set forth, the parties hereto do hereby
f promise, covenant, and agree to and with one another as follows:
' 1. It shall be lawful for the husband, at all times hereafter,
e to live separate and apart from the wife and free from her marital
control and authority, as if he were sole and unmarried, and free from i
any control, restraint or interference, direct or indirect, by the
wife; and it shall be lawful for the wife at all times hereafter to
live separate and apart from the husband at such place or places as
she may, from time to time, choose or deem fit.
2. Neither of the parties shall molest or annoy the other or
compel or endeavor to compel the other to cohabit or dwell with him or
her by any legal or other proceedings for the restoration of conjugal

rights or otherwise.
